It’s been a long journey for Groger Ranks all the way back to October when we released our very first rankings. We’ve made a few minor changes to our methodology, but by and large have stuck to the same idea that in order to have a complete look at teams, both powers and PPB are key factors to assess the strength of a team. Now, we are pleased to release the final overall rankings of the season. Big kudos obviously to TJ who have been untouchable at the top spot of the rankings ever since their first appearance after Penn Bowl. With our recent Pre-Nationals Poll also suggesting a strong performance at nationals in store for them, they are definitely the team to watch.
Before HSNCT, we would like to release a pre-HSNCT ranking as well in the coming days, which will not be too different from our Pre-Nationals NAQT Rankings except only teams going to HSNCT will be considered for the rankings and the pool for adjustments. We will likely do the same ahead of PACE NSC. Additionally, in the coming days we will release our (now-recorded) podcast discussing the results of the Pre-Nationals Poll.
